| High Speed 12 Volt Boat Inflators |
Are you getting puffed out pumping your inflatable boat? Tried cheap electric inflators and found them very slow? Has your boat a high pressure inflatable floor that you end up having to spend maybe 20 minutes pumping yourself as your electric pump can’t cope? Here we have the answer! A compact 12 volt, high volume, dual motor, electric inflator that will pump your inflatable boat and if required a high pressure floor, right up to full pressure in just a few minutes. This boat inflator will run from any standard car battery, and is quickly connected by a pair of ‘crocodile’ clips. By turning the red adjuster on the front of the inflator, the maximum inflation pressure may be quickly set at anything between 1.8 pounds per square inch (psi) to 11.2 psi. When this pressure is reached, the pump will stop automatically. The inflator contains two powerful motors, driving two separate pumps. The first pump is for maximum air volume, and will very quickly inflate your boat to a pressure of about 1.6 psi. At this point the second pump automatically takes over, and it will continue until it reaches the maximum inflation pressure that you have preset on the red dial. For boats that have high pressure inflatable floors, such as the Zodiac Fastroller models, the Bravo BST12HPP High Pressure Pump will continue all the way to 11.2psi with no drama or fuss and, most importantly, no exertion on your part! Don’t forget that whilst the inflator is inflating your boat, you can carry on getting the rest of your equipment out and ready. Clients regularly report that they are able to be on the water in just 20 minutes from arrival, including parking the car!
The pump is supplied with the padded protective carry bag as shown. This carry bag has a rear compartment in which the cable and clips may be stored, along with the flexible hose and end connectors. The Rooteq outboard motor trolley is the modern take on an age old problem. Unlike other outboard engine trolley designs, the Rooteq can be packed away into a very small space when not in use, but quickly assembled ready to carry your outboard motor. The Rooteq is ideal for storing your outboard at home. When required, simply wheel the engine on the trolley out to your vehicle, load the engine into the vehicle and then pack the trolley in one corner of the boot, ready to be expanded up again when you arrive at the marina etc., to wheel your outboard from the vehicle to the boat. | Twin Clamp Screw Outboard Lock |
Do you ever leave your outboard engine unattended on the back of your boat, even for short periods whilst you nip up to the shops, pub, chandlers etc.? If so, remember that outboard motor theft is a common problem. All insurance companies insist that a proper outboard motor security lock is used on all outboard engines. However, security locks vary enormously in quality and effectiveness. For outboard motors that attach to the boat using a pair of clamp screws, one of the best outboard security locks available is the latest Yamlock Pro Stainless Steel. Constructed from heavy duty stainless steel, and secured using a high security, anti drill, anti pick, anti pull lock, the Yamlock Pro will fit virtually all clamp screw type outboard motors, and give you maximum peace of mind that when you return, your outboard engine will still be where you left it! The main body of this outboard motor lock is made from stainless steel which is about 2.5mm thick, compared to as little as 1mm for some other locks. The ‘L’ shaped slotted sleeves may be positioned as required within the lock, thus enabling this outboard motor lock to fit outboard engines from the smallest 2.5hp to 50hp or more outboards that are equipped with twin clamp screws. | Nut (Bolt) Security Lock |
For your peace of mind, plus to meet all insurance companies requirements, an outboard motor security lock is essential. The ‘Nutlock’ from Yamaha is an excellent lock for those engines that are bolted to the transom using 12mm-13mm or ½’’ bolts. Constructed from very heavy gauge stainless steel, the ‘Nutlock’outboard motor lock is simple to fit in a few minutes. One of the engine’s normal fixing bolts passes through the hidden inner section of the ‘Nutlock’outboard engine lock and the nut is the fastened onto the bolt. The outer section then locks in place onto the inner section, thus completely covering the nut, so that it cannot be undone by a thief. The ‘Nutlock’ outboard lock is fitted with a high security, anti pick, anti drill, anti pull lock and is supplied with two keys. Do not be fooled by cheap alternatives, as they usually can be removed using just a simple pair of grips, as their outer cover is to thin and thus weak and can be easily crushed. The Yamaha Nutlock outboard lock is made of sterner stuff that cannot be overcome in this manner with simple hand tools. To the best of our knowledge, this nut lock (often referred to as an outboard motor bolt lock!) is recognised by all insurance companies. | FT8DEX - FT8DEPL High Thrust |
The FT8D Yamaha High Thrust 8hp four stroke is unique in its class. This excellent outboard has an almost 3:1 ratio gearbox, mated with a very large diameter propeller. The result of all this is that this remarkable outboard engine produces the bollard pull thrust equivalent to the thrust produced by a typical 15hp engine, whilst in reverse, it easily outperforms 15hp outboards! All this from just 8hp! It actually produces as much thrust in reverse as the average 8hp motor does forwards! As a result, it is an ideal outboard motor for heavy displacement boats, such as yachts, canal cruisers, workboats etc., or if any towing is involved.
